Before booking a call with me or anyone from our team, kindly ensure you have read this Scope of Consulting Call, which contains our Terms & Conditions.
First, what do we mean by a refund? This means that we will be returning a refundable amount given these conditions:
1. We will refund you the refundable amount within 14 to 30 days if you EMAIL us at hello@joannablanding.com within 48 hours of purchasing the service on our website. Whatever your reason is, we will refund you. Note that we don't sell this service anywhere else other than on joannablanding.com's website. Therefore, payments made elsewhere won't be refunded. You may see an ad or a post on social media about it, but you will still be led to this website. We will need time to process the payment, request cancellation with the bank/credit card company, and coordinate with you on this. Thanks in advance for your patience.
2. If you decide to purchase another higher-priced product or service from us in which this consultation call is already a part of, we will refund you the amount for this consultation call.
3. Refunds won't be made for refund claims made 48 hours after purchase. Please understand that we have very limited seats for consultation calls, and when someone cancels on us and requests a refund, we lose out on opportunities to earn that back. By the time you requested the refund after 48 hours, we would have stopped promotions for this service, which means we won't be able to replace the seat you took with your booking. We all need to earn as you do. We work very hard and have people to pay whose families rely on them.
Second, how much is the refundable amount? We will refund you your total amount paid LESS all website and credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Stripe processing fees. Depending on the payment method you used, this is between 4 to 6% of your paid amount. Why shouldn't we shoulder these fees? While we are already being generous about refunds given caveat emptor principle where a buyer should be first aware of what they are buying, we are putting our business at risk of online scammers. Many scammers will purchase things and request a refund for earnings (in whatever way they can!).
What if you can't attend the consultation call that has already been scheduled? After booking your consultation call on the website, you will receive a bookable calendar from my team or me by EMAIL. As per our Scope of Consulting Call that you can read here, the call needs to be done within six weeks of booking your consultation call. Therefore, you are encouraged to secure a date before the six weekd expire. This gives you time to rebook it for some unforeseen reason. You are allowed to book your schedule up to two times. For example: You book the first time, but you need to cancel, so you book again. You can't book a third time, and your payment won't be refunded. Fair?
