This scope and terms and conditions cover the Brand Strategy Consulting Call that can be purchased from joannablanding.com and nowhere else.
Joanna Blanding or any qualified consultant from our team will represent THE ASIAN BLANDINGS COLLECTIVE PTE LTD during the call with the client.
After you purchase the Two-hour Brand Strategy Consulting Call from joannablanding.com:
1. Within an hour, you will receive an email from hello@joannablanding.com containing the following:

2. A day before our scheduled call, you will receive an email reminder of the time and a Zoom link. If you have to reschedule the call, please do so at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. This allows Joanna and her team to make changes to their schedule. If you cannot get on the call without prior advise, Joanna or the team will wait for only up to 10 minutes. You will still be able to reschedule the call one last time. As per our Refund Policy here, we cannot accommodate a third booking, and your payment won't be refunded.

We strive to provide you with the highest quality of experience. If we cause any delays during the call, we will appropriate an extension right after the scheduled time or at another convenient time for both of us. We will arrange this by email.
2. I had technical difficulties during the call. Will I get an extension of time?
I or my team will ensure that we are set up for a smooth and productive call. We expect the same preparation from our clients. While we provide an appropriate time extension in the event that we caused any delays, we won't be able to provide such if delays were on the client's side.
3. Can I share my screen during the call to show you stuff about my business?
Surely!
4. How do I ensure that my ideas and insights about my business are protected and not used maliciously?
We will send you a non-disclosure agreement together with our very first email to you. We will not use any of your confidential information, business insights and ideas maliciously.
